With effect from 1st May 2010, 5% of the net commission earned by M-Estates on all new instructions for the sale of properties in Stock will be paid into a fund to be called 'The Stock Partnership' which will be evenly distributed between three good causes in the village.

These three good causes are Stock Cares, The Stock over 60's club and the Stock School P.T.A. All three of these good causes offer fantastic service to various groups within the village from the young children at school to the sick and the elderly and we are delighted to be able to support them in appreciation of the support we have received from the residents of the village.
